Melted Hair works with multiple sourcing and fulfillment partners. We do not manufacture every wig ourselves, and some orders may be fulfilled by partner facilities. This page explains that model so customers can understand how product information and fulfillment are handled.
How products are sourced
Our catalog includes products sourced from multiple partners. Product features can differ by style and variant, so the individual product page should be used to confirm the current material, texture, color, lace construction, density, length, glueless status, and preparation details before ordering.
Order fulfillment & shipping
Orders may be prepared and shipped through partner fulfillment facilities. Our current published shipping terms are:
- Shipping destination: United States only.
- Processing estimate: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Transit estimate: 6–12 business days after processing.
- Total estimated delivery: 7–15 business days.
- Standard shipping: free on U.S. orders of $150 or more before taxes; $5.99 on orders under $150.

Product information
We organize the catalog using product and variant information available to us. Because different products do not necessarily share the same construction or preparation features, customers should not assume that a feature shown on one wig applies to another. If information needed to make a purchase decision is not listed on a product page, contact us before ordering.
