What size wig cap should I order?

Most of our customers wear a medium (22–22.5 inch) cap, which fits the majority of head sizes thanks to the adjustable straps and combs sewn into every wig. If you have a smaller or larger head, check our Wig Size Guide for how to measure yourself at home in under 2 minutes.

Do I need glue to install my wig?

No. Every MeltedHair wig is glueless — the pre-cut HD lace, adjustable elastic band, and secure combs hold the wig in place without any adhesive, tape, or wig grip needed. Most customers install in under 60 seconds.

Is the lace pre-plucked and pre-bleached?

Yes. Every wig ships pre-cut, pre-plucked, and pre-bleached — there's no need to trim the lace, pluck the hairline, or bleach the knots yourself. It's ready to wear straight out of the box.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders ship from our US warehouse and arrive in 7–15 business days. Orders over $150 ship free; smaller orders have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

How do I take care of my human hair wig?

Wash every 7–15 wears with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, air dry or use low heat, and store on a wig stand or in a silk bag when not in use. Because it's 100% human hair, you can safely straighten, curl, or style it just like your natural hair — always use a heat protectant below 350°F (180°C).

Can I dye or color my wig?

Yes, since our wigs are made from 100% human hair, they can be professionally colored. We recommend having it done by a stylist experienced with wigs to protect the lace and cuticle alignment.

What if my wig doesn't look right when it arrives?

Can I return or exchange my wig?

Yes, unworn wigs in original condition can be returned or exchanged within our return window. Contact our support team for return instructions before shipping anything back.
