Do all Melted Hair wigs require glue?

No. Melted Hair carries a dedicated Glueless Wigs collection for products identified as glueless. Other styles may use different constructions, so check the product details rather than assuming every wig is adhesive-free.

Are all wigs pre-cut, pre-plucked, or pre-bleached?

No single preparation feature should be assumed across the entire catalog. Products in our Pre-Cut Lace Wigs collection are identified as having pre-cut lace. Pre-plucked hairlines, bleached knots, and other preparation details vary by style and should be confirmed on the individual product page.

What does “Ready to Go” mean at Melted Hair?

How do I choose the right cap size?

Measure the circumference of your head with a soft measuring tape and compare it with any sizing information shown on the specific product page. Cap construction and adjustability can vary. Can I use heat or dye on a human hair wig?

Do not assume every human hair product has the same heat or color-processing tolerance. Follow the care information provided for the specific product. If heat-styling or coloring guidance is not listed, contact our support team before altering the wig.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders are generally processed in 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 6–12 business days in transit. Total estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $150 or more before taxes. Orders under $150 have a $5.99 flat-rate standard shipping charge.

Can I return a wig?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns must meet the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy, including being unused and in original packaging with the hygiene seal intact. Please contact us before sending a return.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

What is the difference between “Under $200” and “Starting Under $200”?

Our Glueless Human Hair Wigs Under $200 collection is the stricter price collection: every current variant of each included product is below $200. Our Glueless Human Hair Wigs Starting Under $200 collection is broader and includes products with at least one currently purchasable option below $200; other options may cost $200 or more.
