Welcome to Melted Hair. By accessing or purchasing from meltedhair.com, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website or make a purchase. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet this requirement.
2. PRODUCTS
- All products are 100% human hair and subject to availability
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color or texture may occur due to the natural characteristics of human hair and screen display settings
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are the final prices shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping
- We accept payment via Shopify Payments (major credit/debit cards) and PayPal
- We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase
- Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed
4. ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays)
- We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or obvious pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and fully refunded
5. SHIPPING
- We ship to US addresses only
- Estimated transit time is 6–12 business days after processing (7–15 business days total from order to delivery)

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. There are no restocking fees. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on meltedhair.com — including images, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Melted Hair and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Melted Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Carroll County, Georgia.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
